Resting barges

Met Jo for a Riverside run ahead of her marathon at the weekend. We've not had a catch up for ages and she finally had a start date for her new job so it might be a while until the next time too.

Then it was a trip to IKEA with Mr RIU. It has been 4 or 5 years ago at least since we were there last and will likely be some time before we go again.

Takeaway food for lunch and dinner as I am avoiding cooking whilst the plaster dries in my kitchen. It could be a few days yet.
