Rhubarb panna cotta
My first ever panna cotta and I'm really pleased with how it turned out! I added roasted rhubarb puree to the mixture and a little roasted rhubarb on top to cut through the sweetness and it worked really well. I was a bit worried about using gelatin for the first time but the leaves were really straightforward to use. The next dessert I want to master is creme caramel... so watch this space!
