I cycle most days and am overtaken by many vehicles of varying shapes and sizes, it it very noticeable that the increase in impatient drivers has become recently. I would go as far as saying that some of the drivers seem angry with me for being there, actually swerving in violently after passing or constantly using their horn if a car in front of them is being patient and waiting for a safe passing place.

Close passes are a daily occurrence, we nearly all obeyed the 2 meter rule during the height of COVID pandemic ……..it’s a shame that we can’t produce a similar campaign for road users.
