The 2 day diet
Day 1 of our '2 day diet' and our first ever joint diet to lose a few kilos. You can see our progress on the page here and we still have dinner to go, which will clock up another 4 portions of protein each, 3 vegetables and last but certainly not least a small low fat fruit yoghurt to add to the dairy product allowance. Lunch was spinach with feta cheese, tomato and two boiled eggs each. We've snacked on nuts and cucumber sticks in natural yoghurt. Oh and a slice of melon was the one fruit of choice today! Last but not least, Bb had a little mayonnaise, not that I'm counting.
Don't worry, I won't be posting our intake from the two 'restricted' days every week!
PS: just for our own records, we had grilled chicken and roasted veg for dinner (green pepper, green asparagus and tomatoes) and then a low calorie fruit yoghurt.
We ate very well and it was easy!
