Selfy and the shadows.

A pleasant bike ride and a slight detour to see what the quay had to offer.
Extra 1: Annoyingly, I'd only taken my little camera, but I was still pleased to see (l to r) an egret, crested grebe, ducks, glossy ibis (woo hoo, not often seen, and one of my favourites) plus redshanks.)
Extra 2: There was a chap pointing his traffic cone sized lens at this, which just looked like a tiny speck. Turned out to be a kingfisher enjoying breakfast. Sorry about the absolutely awful quality (69kb cropped!) but I thought it worth a look.
