Strange little walk

Well today has not been very successful. The original plan was for B and I to go to Kinver Edge and the rock houses. I had the day off work. Then I have come down with a bad cold, I did a Covid test that luckily came back negative. Did on line grocery shopping as I figured it was best to avoid people. Then I took the dogs for a walk. Initially I was going to take them across the farm fields but someone was parked in the gateway. Then I aimed to another place but loads of people parked up there. Finally I decided on a walk that was recommended long ago by Roary the dog’s human. Roary has been long gone now. I have tried this path a couple of times before but haven’t really liked it. This time was no better and have decided to give up on it. It smells all musty and webs and low branches catch in your hair and for most of the way the dogs have to go single file. Didn’t want to let them off as I could hear the busy road. By the road were glass bottles and cans that people have left. Not my best idea. Also somehow an uncomfortable feeling along there so we didn’t go far either.
