Exped day 1

Back blipped.

An early start. Mountain Leader Assessment.
Intro to the groups, brief plan, Simon takes one gully, I take t'other (Isaac Gill).
It's a mixed group and I want to see how they handle themselves. Some assessors navigate from the start. I yomped us on a mile chatting then asked them to relocate. OK. A lot learnt.
Next it's steep, how do they move with expedition packs? More learnt, plan subtly changed.
Obtuse navigation in risk filled places, how do they make decisions? Hmmm, let's try that again.

We camp in Greenhole, night nav beckons but it's dry. Two of them will excel, one will learn a lot though they might not realise it for a few days.
At least it's dry and I'm not coughing.
