I seem to have lost the ability to fall asleep without a sleeping tablet. I have tried many and typically the one that works is highly addictive. I do try some nights to not take one but have to in the end. 
It makes the mornings quite hard. 

This afternoon I met Mum for coffee/tea at The Haven then I walked back to her flat with some shopping. It was  a lovely afternoon , sunny and not cold, so I enjoyed the walk. This is the Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop.
