I am going to attempt to catch up with four days of blips here.

I worked from the new French cafe that's just opened in The Mall. G's workday over, we did a quick shop in Carrefour, in Bur Juman before settling into things at home.

Our friend Farzan sent a message with the date, 12-10-21 looks interesting but not as good as the same day next month. Anyway, we hadn't seen her for a long time, and she'd carried a small package out for me when returning from the UK, so it was a good excuse to meet up.

We went to the Iranian place that she had recommended for faloodah. I opted for chocolate ice cream. Farzan enjoyed riding in the new car and we chatted and chatted and chatted. It was OK to sit outside, but really, it's still far too warm and humid. We were happy to get up to leave. It's been a full day.
