Another good, but intensive day, though we got off early as we'd done so much yesterday, so most of us went off to the beach for a walk and an ice-cream at Gelateria San Remo in Buarcos.

Gratefuls:
- the cooks here are superb
- good conversations with different folk in the breaks
- the grandkids being impressive on the family chat re their roles in school: Allegra is "Rights Respecting Ambassador" and Zion was voted onto the school Council after giving an impromptu speech
