Doon Hame…

…as we used to say when we lived in Dumfriesshire.
We left Sabrina’s at 9am and spent a good couple of hours in Dumfries town centre. The massive puppet was called Storm and our old choir were singing at Midsteeple. We thought Anna was singing separately but Frank had got mixed up with a Christmas show. Anyway it was lovely to see her and Poppy and Arlo. We also bumped into Jan and Chris our boating ship mates.
I texted my lovely friend Liz and met up with her for a cuppa. We worked together for years when we were nursing at Dumfries Infirmary. 
I was so happy to see her :-) 
Now we are on the way home to Yorkshire.
