Daylight robbery

Look who we found in our garden pond this morning. At the start of the winter we had a couple of goldfish in there but I suspect they may now be gone (along with the 30 odd newts and the frogs :( )
He has been coming to our garden for the past few days but the slightest movement in the house makes him fly away. This was taken by Mr murmuration first thing this morning (I dragged him out of bed) from eldest son's bedroom window. Mr Murmuration has a big lens (steady girls).
It was quite a day for birds as we also had a sparrow hawk perching on our fence this afternoon.
