Inappropriate parking?

Our community council has come up with a good solution. A handily placed crane will lift the offending vehicle and deposit in the canal. We will then bill the offender for the cost of raising the vehicle. So far the policy as worked very well, though it has has caused a few fist fights on the quay. My purple and black eye, a real keeker, is slowly fading. We have also been taken to court several times. Your donations to our fighting fund are most welcome.
