Wingtip sunrise

A rather less gloomy photo today...

I boarded my 7.10am flight at a grey, overcast Aberdeen airport this morning. We took off towards the North, swung around and just after we passed Aberdeen our climb broke through the clouds. I was greeted with this view out of my window,  which gave my spirits an immediate lift. Unlike yesterday's picture, this one is virtually straight out of the camera. 

It was also great to see (and feed! :) both daughters between flights. Now back at Heathrow, ready for my onward journey.
