Cabranes is up in arms. Its very excellent health-service provision has been disrupted by the displacement of its regular doctor to a different concejo, and to get a doctor´s appointment now involves a phone call and probably a wait. Not at all what we´re used to. So Cabranes has met, has decided it does not approve, and has generated a "platform" - a group of people who will take the issue and seek a remedy. Main shows their first public announcement (in the town square) of their intentions, and then the extras show their descent through the village bearing banners, their descent from the village centre to the main through-road, the arrival at the main road, the disruption of through-road traffic to secure passer-by support, and the handing out of mini tubs of rice puddings to those who signed.
