Downward pressure on the ball required to score !!

Back to rugby today, had no idea there there was a game until I was asked my a local media reporter if i was going !! It was a training game of 4 off 20 minute quarters between Lincoln 2s &3s XV and Lincoln University XV The Uni team were really fit and ended up 34 points to Lincoln's 12.#
Tomorrow is the grueling Lincoln cycling Grand Prix which has a steep drop into Burton village where there is a sharp "L" bend and up Michael gate which is parallel to Steep hill !! 13 laps a total of 103 miles !! Hope to get there for some of it, most probably on my electric bike as parking as been banned all around the place !!
