A doorway in Wilmington right by the Cape Fear River Walk.  Farmer's Market early and then Jon went to a baseball game on the UNCW campus while Myles and I tried to find the Wildflower walk on the same campus.  We got a great parking spot but after many steps, we still didn't find it and it was warm, Myles tongue was hanging so we went home and turned on the AC.  Another walk in the neighborhood later and then a trip to the beach where the wind was blowing a warm breeze and the ocean was stirring up some waves.  Pretty crowded for October - Myles is getting a little less skittish with the water - we'll have him swimming by next summer.
One more in Extra - this Verbena (I think) was a shrub and covered with the little black and yellow butterflies.

Supposed to be getting a cold front tonight and much cooler in the next several days.  Watching the Boston Red Sox and Houston Astros in the American League Championship Series and it's the top of the 9th inning with Boston ahead 9-6.  Fingers crossed.
