Mobility.......

We had an early start today to get to St Mary's Hospital, Roehampton for a 9.30 appointment at the spasticity clinic in the Douglas Bader Unit which specialises in rehabilitation and mobility after amputation, strokes and other disabilities. D's sister-in-law had a stroke four years ago and he has been taking her for these appointments since then. Today, I was able to join them for the first time and was humbled by the hard work and determination of the patients and the skill of the specialists there.
