It's Tops

It's Tops was a small restaurant just a few blocks from my place. From what I could tell by looking through the windows and from pictures that I've seen, it was a classic diner, with bench-seats and stools at the counter. It had been in business for over sixty years but was forced to permanently close just a few months into the COVID-19 pandemic.

I had long wanted to go into the place since I moved here in 2010, but I went vegan ten years ago, and well... it didn't have a particularly vegan menu. I suppose I could have gone in for coffee, and I fully expected that I would some time, but well... I didn't expect a global pandemic.
