Heerlen

The letters at the entrance to the city were either in need of replacement or maintenance. I photographed the letters of the city of Heerlen in 2016 when they were monotonous green, then monotonous orange in 2019, and now at the end of 2021 they have turned it into a graffiti monument. In my opinion, it fits the city that wants to be the city of Graffiti.
