Near peak

The county to the west is apparently at peak colors. It's at a higher elevation, so the leaves change earlier. We're nearing peak. I figure it will be in a week, if my previous years' photos are any indication.

My walk today was nice. I found several photos to take later. I just need to bring a different lens. A telephoto or midrange zoom will do it. I might need to take a walk during my lunch break at work in order to do it because it is getting dark earlier.
