Cockshot Point

I dragged Mr P out for a bimble round Bowness in the drizzle to get some fresh air and a few steps, probably not 10,000 but more than sitting at home.
Cockshot Point is a good place to stand to watch the action on the lake -  the Flying Fifteens with their spinnakers, racing the steamer past Belle Isle, the large but private island on Windermere
