Morning hockey for the kids. Neither of them wanted to go but we got them there in the end.

I managed a run but really struggled. My new shoes feel a bit funny at the moment, I hope that changes.

Z then took the kids to a birthday party in great Missenden.

I tried to relax but after about 10 mins found myself mowing the grass and then walking the dog.
