Got Cheese? yessss.....

Visit tonight to one of my favorite 'caseificio' or cheese dairies. The lady let me into the warehouse to take a picture of all the parmeasan rounds. These are the real deal with the DOP approval and Parmiggiano Reggiano stamp. Uhm!

My favorite is the 30 month old. Such a lovely texture and taste.
