Made with Love........

A complete volte face from yesterday’s entry.

One of the ladies I have helped with old photographs made us a Nativity scene. When she delivered it and Elaine placed it on her sewing table I was blown away. 

My brother is married to a lady who is deeply Catholic in her beliefs. She is kind and tolerant, which is useful as my bruvver is worse than me. Hard to believe isn’t it. We will give this to them as we know at Christmas their family of four girls and numerous grandchildren will be equally amazed at Joan’s skill level. Incidentally the donkey was meant to be a camel but there was not enough brown wool for a hump. 

I wrote yesterday that as humans we are an aggressive tribal ape. This gift and the work I did for Joan indicates that many of us have evolved and continue to do so. Maybe, just maybe, one day we will tolerate each other.
