Godwit

We are up on the north Norfolk coast for a few days and nights, taking the holiday we had to cancel when l had to go into self isolation with Covid.
Unfortunately the weather is predicted to be pretty awful - rain, cloudy and on Wednesday winds of up to 50 Ks an hour and thunder and lightening. We went for an exhilarating walk along Brancaster beach, the tide was out so we could walk for miles listening to the eerie call of Curlew and Godwits (pictured). We are staying in a cosy pub which does fab food.
