Stonehaven, Market Square

I decided to try a deep tissue massage on my back and shoulders. Although the movement in my shoulders is a lot better than it was, there is still quite a bit of tightness. The massage was fine at the time, but now a few hours later, things are starting to hurt a wee bit. Fingers crossed that it doesn’t last too long, and that it works.

The flowers are part of a new community garden space in the town centre. They certainly cheer the place up on a grey day.
