Marlborough (Sunday 17th October 2021)

With the cooler, darker nights approaching, it was time to stock up on some whiskies, and I chose to go to Waitrose, who had bribed me with a £6 voucher. I am very susceptible to financial enducement.

I live midway between branches in Marlborough and Melksham but chose the former so that I could also have a look at the Waterfront Gardens.

Has any blipper written a guide on 'How To Choose Your Blip', which in my case is always the longest part of the process, unless I've cleverly limited myself to taking only one picture that day? I decided there must be something in the image that placed it in this community garden, hence the buildings in the background.

The Extra shows the three purchases I made, two of them were heavily reduced and my voucher saved money on the other.

I should really have isolated the subjects from the surrounding clutter in the porch, but really took the shot just as a record of what I bought. I have now sampled the Jack Daniels. I approved.
