Dutch Souvenirs
We had to collect a box of items today from an elderly relative. She wanted us to take them to the local charity shop, but wondered if my son-in-law, who is half-Dutch would like these spoons. They are Dutch souvenir spoons. The one with a windmill is a common and popular design. The other features a sailboat, and has Loosdrecht engraved on it. Loosdrecht is located in the north of the country by a lake, and is a popular area for sailing. They are not of any great value, but quite interesting as a curiosity.
