Tuesday

I had the third anxiety course this afternoon, a lot of information, some of the chat quite triggering; I shut off. 
Mum had Lewis today so I popped in to see him and stayed for tea. He was so hyper, cheeky and funny but then calmed down. He had been to the cinema with Mum so he probably had a lot of energy inside him! 
Again, he wanted to draw and wanted my phone to copy graffiti images.
