A gratitude a day keeps the blues away!

Last Christmas my friend gave me a ‘gratitude journal’. The idea being that each day you write something and along side you identify one thing that day to be grateful for. I have not kept any sort of diary/ journal since my teens but rose to the occasion.
It has proved a very positive experience and helps to focus and end each day on at least one ‘positive’. This was particularly useful in lockdown and at other times when life has had tough moments.
I I thoroughly recommend this method of ‘logging’!
