I’m not much of a cook.
Usually, everything I cook looked and tasted the same: dark brown and burned!
But circumstances of life made me start to cook daily, and things started to look and taste better.
And although I remain not much of a cook, I’m good enough to tease my work mates with a photo of what I have done or I’m about to do.
And this fish was about to rest in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 C.
And yes, it was delicious!
