One more day

Tomorrow is J's last treatment and we wanted to get something to say thank you to all the amazing staff at the Proton Beam Centre. Shared food is not allowed due to Covid so cake and fancy biscuits are off the menu so we put together what we hope is a basket of loveliness for the staff room. All items individually wrapped. Can't thank these people enough. They have been so wonderful 5 days a week since the beginning of September. As J said to his oncologist it's bitter sweet. It's lovely to go home and put this chapter to bed, but sad to say goodbye to the fantastic doctors, nurses, radiographers, support workers and every one else we've met.
