Going Vietnamese
Every now and then I become uncharacteristically organised. Today is one of those days when I pull out the slow cooker and decide to make Vietnamese braised pork. Sugar, salt, pepper, stock, fish sauce all thrown in with some pork belly and spring onions. I've also added a little bit of Szechuan pepper to see what happens and I'll bung in some noodles later. Hungry already!
