Rufous Whistler

I got up and headed out to do a spot of birding with SR. We didn't see many birds (apart from the usual), but we did spot this Mr Rufous Whistler and his mate (extra) early on.

Then I ran an errand for the inlaws, got my camera gear ready for tomorrow's shoot at school and did some more independent study hours. Interesting presentation about creative macro photography using milk, oil and paint. Watch this space.

I'm about to meet up with SR again to do some obedience training with Abe and Hannah. It'll be Abe's exercise for the day; it's been too warm to walk him until now.
