Day 142. Blips from the edge.

Today I am very proud wife. I am very happy. The staff of blipfoto has published the interview that they did with Spoonshots.

To celebrate this event, we rented a pair of bikes and went off to Tashi Palkhiel, one of the tibetan refugee camp in Pokhara.
The camp was founded in 1960 with the authorization of the Nepalese Government and built up with the support of the Swiss Red Cross. The Camp is still in use and an asylum for Tibetans. Presently 800 people live there. The life situation of the former refugees is still difficult. Without the support of foreign aid organisations people there would be in a really difficult situation.
Tibetans are so sweet and lovely people. I have so much respect and admiration for them.
This is what happens when Mr Spoon takes a photo in Nepal, even the goats get interested...

Well done! thanks for sharing your experience with us.
