Crab city

First of all thanks so much for the kind comments on the moonrise. I am way behind on comments and now it is past 11 pm and I am falling asleep in my chair so I am not sure how far I will get tonight.

I noticed this view as I walked past yesterday. Where I took the moon shot was on that strip of beach on the right hand side below the headland. The headland in the middle is Dudley and the one to the left is Redhead. Crab city because there were hundreds of crabs out this evening. The sea was a little eerie tonight, a cold gunmetal grey. Not too much of a wind but there were sharp little peaks which I kept imagining were fins of monsters. I don't think they were but I found it strangely unsettling.
