Last day in the sunshine

Rather a subdued morning after our late night yesterday but I managed to start the packing band catch some time on the sun lounger.

Quick lunch in the hotel before we headed with my brother to Santa Ponsa to meet up Roth an old work colleague of mine who has a flat right on the bay. A. Very lovely couple of hours spent walking along the boardwalk and chilling in a rooftop bar.

Back to the hotel for more packing and to get ready for dinner. My brother and his crew went to the crazy golf along the street and we met them as they finished.

Delicious lemon sole in a creamy sauce washed down with some white sangria was the perfect last meal.

Headed to the wee Scottish bar across the street from the hotel for a surprise cake for my brother’s partners daughter who turned 19 today. The bar owner is a good friend of my brother and had offered to arrange it. Ellie is animal daft and really enjoyed cuddling the 8 week old puppy belonging to the bar.

We didn’t stay out too late as we wanted to be well rested for our journey home. Sad face.
