Marton Top Lock

It's been a day of sunshine and heavy showers.  Luckily my walk along the canal stayed dry.  I was the only person walking there and very few narrowboats so it was mostly myself and the birds.

This is Marton Top Lock which is a scene that always looks good. There were no boats going through the lock when I went past, very different to the summer when they were queueing down the canal.
