Sky, Sun, Sand

We delayed our walk this morning because of the heavy rain, but it didn't last long and the sun came out for a walk to Thornham Harbour. The rain had cleared the air and the light was bright. There was a further heavy shower later but we managed to eat lunch outside in the warm sunshine. This afternoon we went to the local beach along the coast at Holm. The wind was very strong (see Stanley's top knot and ears in the extra) and the sun low casting long shadows. The beach is a nature reserve with many birds feeding at the water's edge and flying past. The skies and space are wonderful.
