River Deep

A wonderful start to the day as Natural Resources Wales woke me at 5am to say the river was on a flood alert.  Very kind of them to wake me so I decided to stay up then.  It would have to be flooding of biblical proportions for me to be affected.

We also had some thunder and I think it's affected my sinuses, I've been suffering with a headache for most of the day.  It has eased a bit now.

Managed to get out for a good power ramble at lunchtime, my first in a good couple of weeks.  As you can see the river was up very high.
