Proud parents alert.
Our daughter is a wonderful human being (must be in the genes ;-) )
She studied Journalism at Uni, but due to circumstances worked 40 hour weeks to support this choice. She graduated, but always felt she could have done better. She’s the first of our family to gain a degree, which her two younger brothers also achieved :-)
She entered the housing profession which has become a consuming passion. Over lockdown she made the decision to return to education, alongside a new promoted post and is halfway through her postgraduate course. Today she received recognition of her hard work as the best essay written by a Scottish student at her level. My grin matches hers, and it helps that the University of Glasgow looks like Hogwarts :-) Always look up and forward folks.
