Speur Gorm

Nice to see some blue sky today, even though it meant it was quite a bit colder. Light snow is forecast for tonight ! 

I have my other yoga class this morning - this is an hatha inspired class and so more active than last night's yin class. Ideally I would prefer them to be more spaced out, although it did mean I felt as if I'd been on a mini-yoga retreat at lunchtime. 

No bookshop this afternoon (I volunteer on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Wednesday) - instead I went to our local U3A general meeting in which we found out more about Scottish Cheeses.

This evening some more family-treeing beckons followed by Shetland.
