Half mast

I'm not at all sure why there is a flag flying at half mast outside the library. It hangs there wet and limp and sums the day up perfectly.
I managed a longer walk today. Round 2 blocks of where I live with an incline at the beginning and the end. I was very wet by the time I got back in.
