Taps

I saw this tap on my way into work this morning and thought they looked interesting as there does not seem to be any way of turning them on. I Will apologise now as my next 10 day's blips will be taken with my IPhone as I will not have access to my computer as we are going on holiday to France and from what I hear they do not have modern technology in France, they still send signals by smoke!
