Autumn colour at the allotment

We had a flying visit to the allotment after dropping of a pile of garden rubbish. I can't believe the amount of growth over the last few weeks. That's what unseasonally high temperatures and a lot of rain does. However these nerine lilies are doing exactly what they should be doing, flowering in autumn!
