Black-necked Grebe

Another monochrome day. That said Black-necked Grebes in winter plumage are only black and white. 
They are also relatively rare here and so catching up with this one at the third attempt was good news.
Much sorting out of the house going on with Tricia's sister and husband, R&Y, arriving tomorrow.
