Rewarding

Firstly; so pleased you all liked yesterday's Excellent Eskdale :-)))

A morning spent on two of the volunteer things in my life; collecting training materials from the Ambulance HQ, and then a coffee with the new Samaritans Director to talk through my plans (& responsibilities) as the new person in charge of CPD for our branch.

Really I should have gone home and put some work into the Mental Health stuff or my studies, but....
Sometimes you've got to put some work into feeding the soul.
A lovely explore in the woods and then a wander round High Dam with the most exuberant doggie in the world.
