The return of Steven McRae

Two years ago one of the Principal Dancers of the Royal Ballet snapped his achilles on stage at the ROH during a show. What a two years! Surgery and rehab all with the background of Covid to complicate matters. However tonight he stepped back on that same stage and danced for the first time in two years. He was Romeo tonight, he was the first Romeo Carys ever saw, about six or seven years ago, so it was good to be there to witness his comeback. The curtain call was very emotional.
