Talked to builders, collected Fareshare donation for food bank, chose and paid for en-suite tiles, called in for coffee and cake, back home to talk to builders, delivered Fareshare donation to a colleague’s garage, went to flooring shop to look at options for kitchen, drove home, caught bus to town, accidentally bought a bag at my favourite bag shop that I thought had closed, chose kitchen lights at John Lewis and of course got waylaid looking at other stuff, had a demo of hot chocolate maker at hotel Chocolat ( potential Xmas present for J) , caught bus back, collected bed linen from launderette, spent a long time on phone to John Lewis trying to sort out error on order they had made, did 90 minutes online training for youth justice panel . Phew! Nice to be busy though
Blip is a shop front in Nottingham that I’ve loved since I was a child . Way back then it used to be the main Boots shop with a restaurant on the top floor- and a pianist!
